Chargers battle Broncos for AFC West lead

When these two teams met a month ago the NFL landscape was something very foreign from what it is now, especially in the AFC West. The Broncos pranced into San Deigo with a perfect 5-0 record and trounced the struggling Chargers, knocking them down to an abysmal 2-3 in the NFL football betting standings.
To say that things have changed since their first meeting in the 2009 NFL schedule would be an understatement. The Broncos have not won an NFL odds match up since that game on October 19th. The Bolts have not lost a game since that fateful day. Read more…
There has been no more confusing team in this 2009 NFL schedule than the Arizona Cardinals. One game they look like the defending NFC champs that they are and the next game they look like the prison guards from The Longest Yard. Tough to get a read on this team and if it doesn’t come to play, the Bears will make mince meat of the Red Birds at Soldier Field.
Last time they meet the Vikings escaped with a 28-27 over the Packers when Mason Crosby missed a 52 yards field goal wide right as time expired in week 10 of last season. The Packers have won five of six to take a 49-46-1 overall series lead, (including the playoffs). Last week the Packers went on the road to beat the Rams, 36-17, behind three total touchdowns from quarterback Aaron Rodgers. While Favre connected with Greg Lewis for a 32-yard touchdown pass with 2 seconds left to give the Minnesota Vikings a 27-24 win over the 49ers. 
On their last meeting the Colts quarterback Peyton Manning completed 29 of 34 passes for 364 yards and 3 touchdowns as the Colts scored 17 unanswered fourth quarter points in a 31-24 win over the Jaguars in Week 16 of the last 2008 season. On their last meeting, the Colts have won 3 of 4 games and they command the overall series 12-4. This will be Jim Caldwell’s first game as Colts head coach after Tony Dungy retired from his job. 
Let’s analyze the Cowboys and Raiders game for tonight… We all know for sure that Oakland is not the best team on the league, but there is a lot of attention on the Cowboys side and especially on their running attach especially now that Terrell Owens has gone to the Buffalo Bills. But it looks like that’s not an easy job to do due, both running-backs Felix Jones (toe) and Tashard Choice (shoulder) have been held out of practice this week.
